JCLC 2022

On June 8-12, 8 Cadets went JCLC, or JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge. JCLC is to provide a safe and fun training environment that is both physically and mentally challenging and provide hands-on training designed to develop leadership and teamwork. Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Luke Altum says, “It was amazing, and everyone put in amazing effort to go to this event-above and beyond dedication.” Cadet Master Sergeant Noah Newcomb says, “Absolute best time of my life. The people I met there were the best part about it. So thankful I got chosen!” Cadet Staff Sergeant Stephanie Pfeiffer says, ”At first when I went to jclc, I was very nervous. I didn’t know how it would be. However, I quickly felt so at home. The people there are very welcoming. It’s a great place to meet hard working cadets that will always support and encourage you to do your best. Not only do you become friends, it feels like a family. What you do together as a group creates a special bond.” A big shout out to the rest of the cadets that went, Cadet Captain Alexander Day, Cadet First Lieutenant Ty Davis, Cadet Master Sergeant Kaden Vermilion, Cadet Captain Tyler Shubzda, Cadet First Sergeant Gabriel Brown and Cadet Private Julisa Roman.
